These products adopt the highest safety performance lithium iron phosphate cells, with a high-precision battery management system (BMS), which can monitor and collect voltage, current and temperature of each cell in the module in real time. The BMS also features an auto-balancing function and advanced cell control strategies to further improve the performance of the battery pack.
The 51.2V module consists of LFP cells in 16 series, BMS, housing and wire, each module owns complete protection function. The module establish communication with the outside devices through CAN/RS485; The modules interact with each other via RS485 and the modules interact with the inverter via CAN. The modules can be series for higher voltage and parallel for bigger capacity.
The functions of the module can be selected according to requirements, including LCD screen, Bluetooth, circuit breaker, battery level indicator, and plug-in connector. At the same time, users can monitor the status and settings of the battery through Bluetooth by mobile phone.
