On-Grid System
On-grid system is a grid-tied system or grid-connected system without battery storage, is a type of renewable energy system, typically a solar power system, that is connected to the electrical grid. Off-Grid System
Off-grid energy storage system is a stand-alone system that can import power from the grid, but cannot feed into the grid.
